1. Growth is an essential part of adulthood, every now and then there are a lot of uncertainties
and changes that will happen. Through the video, I was able to reflect and Identify the current
phase I am in. As I graduate in a couple of months, I can see myself ready to build my own
career and find a company that can help in my career development. In addition, being able to
control and make decisions on my own is also something that I am trying to learn. Since being
an adult means starting to be responsible for our own actions. However, as I take these steps to
adulthood, being fully independent is still something I am not fully prepared for since its a big
responsibility to take hold of.

3. As the interviewer, I would mostly ask about the employee’s behavior and perspective in life. I
believed that having an employee with good behavior is better than an employee who has a lot
of accomplishment but lacks a positive behavior. Since the employee will be working with his or
her colleagues for a long period of time and in a corporation it is important to have good
teamwork since skills can be learned and acquired upon his/her acceptance in the company.
Listed below are some of the questions and answers I will provide.

What is one trait that sets you apart from all the other applicants?
The one trait that sets me apart from other people is that I am committed. Committed to
everything that I do and to everything that I say because when work is given to me, I don't just
work carelessly, but instead, I see to it that in every task I would give my very best to
accomplish it perfectly or at least almost perfect, to my eyes and to others. It is because I
believe that when I work, it shouldn't just benefit me, but it should benefit others as well. So with
my commitment- discipline, attitude, and faith comes with it.

Do you consider yourself a leader or a follower?

I consider myself a leader and a follower because before you become a good leader you must
be a good follower first. There are times when being in a group, the same time I know how to
step back and take instruction from someone who is more knowledgeable than I am.

When have you been most satisfied in your life?

In life, there’s really no true satisfaction because once we achieved or did something that we
always wanted, or have the things that we desired, we somehow felt overwhelmed but not
totally contented because we always want more. So I learned that in life we really can’t be
satisfied in the material things because there will always be something greater than what we
currently have, so for me the time that I truly surrendered my life to God is the time that I’ve truly
found the satisfaction that I’ve been longing for. He is everything.
