II- The development (The body):
A lot should be done to help children overcome it. First, children ought to get a hobby
that doesn’t involve the Internet or any other high-tech device. For example, they can get
involved in clubs, like music, theatre, gardening, etc…. They can also go out biking or
running with friends. Second, they should complete their studies. For example; doing
homework and studying is a great thing to do right away when getting home. It makes the
children feel great knowing that they have done their homework early. Besides, teachers
prefer to see the pupil read books or research at the library rather than searching
information in the web. Third, they ought to help with meals. For example; parents will be
happier that their children are helping out with dinner or dishes instead of chatting online.
Fourth, they should plan family nights. For example; instead of watching TV or doing
individual things during dinner time, children had better eat dinner as a family on the table
and sit for a talk afterward. Fifth, they had better call people instead of sending instant
messages. For example; they should call a friend and ask him to go outside for at least 3
hours a day. This will distract them from the computer. They can also try doing their
homework together. Sixth, they ought to hang out with friends. For example; they can plan
a trip to the city stadium, or a picnic in the forest instead of going to coffee shops.

Although the Internet harms children, it remains a useful invention that people still
find as the best way to join them together. However, parents should always control their
children and limit their use because it contains harmful things.
