SKS Ispat & Power Ltd supplied 78 RSJ joists that were 11 meters long to Tata Projects Ltd. Tata Projects then rejected 5 of the RSJ poles due to defective material and notified SKS Ispat. SKS Ispat tried to get Tata Projects to accept the defective material but was unsuccessful. SKS Ispat then decided to lift the rejected material, around 2.0405 metric tons, from Tata Projects' store and move it to an address in Patna. Both SKS Ispat and Tata Projects signed off on the document.

1. SKS has supplied 78 No’s of RSJ Joist 11MTR to TATA Projects Ltd wide
invoice no. 3424015615 date 17/01/2018 Vehicle no. CH07LY5517.
2. Intimation received form TATA Projects about rejection of 5 PCS of 11
MTR of RSJ Poles due to defective material through email dated
21/02/2018.
3. SKS tried to persue with TATA Projects to absorb the material but TATA
Projects showed its inability to use it.
4. SKS Decided to lift the defective material from TATA Projects Store an
shift the material to below address – Shams Enterprises Transport
Nagar, Gat No. 1, Choti Pahadi, Patna.
5. TATA Projects accepted to release the rejected material of 5 No,s of 11
MTR approx 2.0405 MT.
