Final Assignment – Summer 2019-20


Type: Group Assignment (Maximum 3 members; Minimum 1 member)

Task 1: Select a topic/ system. It can be the same topic of your midterm assignment or any
topic from your previously completed assignment in other courses or a completely new
topic/ system

Task 2: Do your analysis on the selected topic/ system and draw/ design:
a. 2 Sequence Diagrams (including interaction frames)
b. 2 Activity Diagrams (Swimlane and Object Flow not required)
c. 2 Satechart Diagram of 2 type of objects
d. 2 Classes (with attributes and operations) and calculate the LCOM (Lack of
Cohesion among Methods) metric value of both the classes with final
comment on each class based on their respective LCOM value

Marking Scheme:
1st Submission: 5%
2nd Submission:
a. 2 (TWO) Sequence Diagrams (including interaction frames) – 25%
b. 2 (TWO) Activity Diagrams (Swimlane and Object Flow not required) – 25%
c. 2 (TWO) Satechart Diagram of 2 type of objects – 25%
d. LCOM value of 2 (TWO) Classes (with attributes and operations) with final
comment on each class based on their respective LCOM value – 20%
