General Instructions:
Read the following instructions very carefully and strictly follow them:

i. This question paper comprises four sections-A, B, C and D.


ii. Section A – Question no. 1 to 3, 3MCQ one mark each and 4 to 8 answer the questions, 5 questions of
one mark each.
Section B – Question no. 9 to 14 comprises of 6 questions of two marks each.
Section C – Question no. 15 & 16, 2 questions of three marks each.
Section D – Question no. 17, 1question of four marks.
iii. All questions are compulsory to attempt.
iv. Use of calculators is not permitted.
v. Writing time is 1 hour and 30 minutes. Students to take pictures of answer sheets page number
wise, make pdf file and upload in TEAMS.

16. A plane is flying at the height of 6000m above the sea level. At a particular point, it is exactly
above a submarine floating 1000 m below the sea level. What is the vertical distance between
them?

17. The following data gives the maximum and minimum temperature (in ⁰C) of the cities on a
particular day. Draw a double bar graph choosing an appropriate scale.
