• Cite an example of how philosophy can be principle of sufficient reason or non-

contradiction.

Answer: The Principle of Sufficient Reason is a powerful and controversial philosophical

principle stipulating that everything must have a reason, cause, or ground. Our reasoning
are based on two great principles, that of contradiction, in virtue of which we judge that
which involves a contradiction to be false, and that which is opposed or contradictory to the
false to be true. For example, the cosmological hypothesis states that since the universe is a
protest, it must have an outer clarification. To put it plainly, the cosmological contention for
God declares that God is the main reason or first reason for the universe.

• Share your Concepts, about the important of philosophy. Give example of these in
political and daily life.

Answer: Philosophy is the foundation of critical thinking, while society is very different from the
past, the questions we face today are just as challenging. Enter modern philosophy, which puts
critical thinking and problem-solving at the forefront in order to make sense of these weighty
problems.

ACTIVITY1

• Draw your own interpretation of Plato’s cave

Answer:

B.
2. What is your view about what is right and wrong? Share your own experience.

Answer:

My view about what is right and wrong, is everything person’s do, Right and wrong is a
matter of personal choice, and is the same as good vs bad or good vs evil, But when it
comes to us actually making the right (good) choices, then it is not so clear. Because
choices have real and even immediate consistence’s, sometimes making the right choice
feels terrible, but given time it proves to be the right choice all along because “everything” is
made better for everyone in the long run. And vise-versa. A terrible choice may feel good in
the moment, only to bring bitter and lingering consequences.

• How do you define Happiness? Do you support the view of Socrates, to become happy,
a person must live virtuous life? Explain?

Happiness is a feeling of pleasure and positivity. When someone feels good, proud,
excited, relieved or satisfied about something, that person is said to be "happy". Feeling
happy may help people to relax and to smile. For me I support the view of Socrates,
because a person who lives a virtuous life doesn't have to live with the consequences of the
actions they took while being unvirtuous. Such a person is happy in that he does no harm
