A. Couse Description:
This course provides an introduction to the tools, methods and techniques
used in legal research including the Philippine Constitution, statutes,
implementing rules and regulations, jurisprudence, legal references, and
electronic sources. Students research actual case problems as well as write
and defend legal thesis.

B. Course Objectives:
At the end of the subject course, the students shall be able to:
