B. My mission and Vision in Life

From early childhood, I had a dream to become a chef and open a restaurant to make
people happy with their wondrous amount of option of food. I thought that it will be very
easy to fulfill those dreams like that. Yet, when I grew up and saw a lot of things
happening in this world, I understood that such a simple idea to become a successful
person is needs a lot of things, like good educational background, a successful
business plan, and many other things. At school, I tried to consider all the opportunities
that come, I join as many clubs as I can to decide what will be the best that suits me as
a teenager. It is quite surprising as time goes by, I notices something that cooking food
is just my hobby at all not that I want to continue through. I discovered that caring for
those people in the agricultural sector the thing that I want to pursue. I know that a lot of
things can change in 5 years, but I know what future I want for myself. I think that as
most of the people in this world I want to have a successful education, a good job, and a
happy family. Like what my mother insisted on me all the time.
Today I’m a freshmen student at the Technological University of the Philippines-Manila,
and the first task I need to accomplish is to graduate it successfully. I enrolled in the
College of Science- Department of Environmental Science will help me to become a
successful Environmental Lawyer. I hope that after graduating, I won’t only have good
knowledge about things happening in the environment, but also, I will be acquainted
with a great number of people who understand me and can help to make my future
successful on depending the agricultural sector. As for me, to go to law school right
after my graduation. I completely understand that without relevant experience in
knowing the real situation of the agricultural sector is very nonsense when I go to the
real situation. For this reason, I have a desire to become a worker of DENT. The second
variant is even better. A couple of years of such experience will be very useful because
of my experience.

I hope that in the next five years of my life will be very productive and do something
relevant to my choose field. However, I clearly understand that my plans can change
any time soon because of some unpredictable things can happen during this time. The
most important lesson is that I’m ready to overcome those obstacles, challenges with
the help of my family, friends, and professor.
