1) This document provides information about an engine speed sensor (crankshaft) for a Volvo EW145B engine produced at the Changwon site between serial numbers 15001 and 210000. 2) The engine speed sensor measures engine speed from the flywheel by taking measurements on a gear by the converter. 3) The sensor outputs a signal on wiring lines EA37 for the positive signal and EA38 for the negative signal, with the positive signal having a resistance of approximately 75-110 kOhms between the signal line and frame ground.
