New Child
It is difficult to make an accurate evaluation of Terra’s work
since she has not been with us too long. She is quicklybecoming familiar with our school and

 All the practice and encouragement she can get at homewill help in her class
endeavors. Appears to have difficulty with motor control and
muscularcoordination Accomplishes tasks when interest is frequently stimulated.
Average Child
Melissa has done a fine job continuing to make academicprogress. She is having difficulty
understanding divisionand would benefit from regular practice.Continued extra reading of library
books and drills onnumber facts will be of benefit to John.Terry is a sweet girl who assumes
responsibility well.Karen is showing good growth in the basic skills. She takespride in doing her
work neatly and correctly. With timespent daily on math facts, her speed will improve.
Showing Progress
Michael is really trying hard and has consequently showngood progress this quarter. All the
extra reinforcement hereceives is helpful and makes him feel more secure.Robin is using more
self-control in the classroom and onthe playground. Her work is improving, although sheremains
below grade level at the present. Daily practicewith computing number facts would strengthen
these skills.
Bob’s work is improving. He would benefit from dail
yreading practice to strengthen his reading skills.Joey is a very conscientious student. He
