L (Z) Table

The document contains a table with values of z from -4 to 4 in the first column and the corresponding values of the function L(z) in the second column. The table is used to interpolate values of L(z) for given values of z, and vice versa, by looking up the bounding values in the table and using linear interpolation. Instructions are provided on how to use the table to interpolate values of L(z) from given values of z, and also values of z from given values of L(z).
