Instructions for Registration of NTC-NTA
Dear Head of the Institute
1. Registration for the ‘National Test Centre’ is against invitation from NTA only. 2. Further, please visit our website www.ntantc.in 3. Please go through “A Note on Empanelment of NTC” in the website. 4. In case your institute is interested in establishment of NTC of NTA, follow the following instructions & procedure. 5. Please engage a senior officer of the institution, having Exam management capabilities, as a Nodal Officer, to be the contact point with the NTA, for day to day activities, regarding proper functioning of the NTC. 6. Vide ‘A Note on Empanelment of NTC’ at C a) there is a minimum requirement on number of PCs for an Institute to be eligible to become NTC of NTA. 7. For this, you need to know the population of the District, your institute is situated. The NTA has, in the website, listed at Annexure-III, all Districts and has further indicated near approximate population of each District. Please take the population figure from here, to assess the number of PCs required for your Institute in the District your institute is located. 8. Visit ‘Online Application form’ from NTC website. Collect in advance, correct information regarding all the 52 Fields required to be filled in the NTC Application form. 9. Go ahead, fill in the Online Application Form and submit. 10. On submission, you will get an Acknowledgement and NTC Registration number, for future correspondence. 11. The NTA shall scrutinize all application forms, Audit them and shall intimate the selected Institutions. 12. The selected institutions are further required to sign common Agreement and upload it on the NTC Dash Board.
