The employer: Good afternoon

Candidate 1. Good afternoon

Candidate 2. Good afternoon

The employer: My name is Alejandra Mena Galvan, I am the psychologist in charge of your
interview today.

The employer: What’s your name?

Candidate 1. My name is Maria Alejandra Calderon, it's nice to meet you.

The employer: And yours?

Candidate 2. My name is Uldemir Vasquez, it's nice to meet you.

The employer: How old are you?

Candidate 1. I have 20 years.

Candidate 2. I have 26 years.

The employer: I talk a little about our company. The main objective of our company is to
achieve with the efforts of our professionals and the trust of our clients, expand our portfolio
of services under innovative strategies. Now…

The employer: Tell me about you, let’s start with Mr. Uldemir Vásquez.

C2: Well, without further ado I am what your company needs. An enterprising man,
professional in the area of psychology, focused on the human talent sector, specialist in
Marketing and sales.

The employer: And now you Mrs. María Calderón, tell us about yourself…

C1: I am a Professional in Occupational Health, I come here to ensure the health of our
workers, I like the environment where I can relate to acquire knowledge.

The employer: Where are you from and how long have you lived in the city of Bogotá?

C1: Three years.

C2: Approximately 11 years…


The secondary and uversity stage are carried out in this city.

The employer: And their families? Tell me about them…

C1: This year I met my dad, the family is very big, my mom lives with her husband in
Ibagué, I live with my grandparents and we are very close.

C2: Well my family is a bit extensive, we are from a town south of Tolima.

The employer: ¿What is your greatest weakness?

C1: My grandparents

C2: My weakness is to "respond" from technology mode, it can be said that I do not often use
these media. I focus more for other activities.

The employer: Mention two of your strengths for this job…

C1: Continuous Work Improvement and System implementation and improvement

C2: Since my studies I have endeavored to understand and identify work environments, I
consider this knowledge to be a strength. Also that I manage perfectly the area of marketing
and sales being a good strategist.

The employer: Do you like working in a team or individually?

C1: I love working in a team, everyone has experience and everything is learned.

C2: I always focus on understanding other people in the workplace. based on maintaining a
good working environment.

The employer: Why do you want to work in this company?

C1: I see it as a way to progress in my professional career in a company. I feel that my skills
can fit very well in this job because I trust my knowledge and skills

C2: This is a visonary company, which likes to grow and advance in all fields, both labor,
commercial and social, and that is exactly what I like about this company that is an
entrepreneurial company.

The employer: What do you expect from the company?

C1: Job growth


C2: I hope to advance a future of knowledge and entrepreneurial visions, achieving, allow me
to exploit and strengthen my knowledge.

The employer: Ready, we are done. We will be communicating with you if you are still in the
