This document is a compromise agreement between four complainants and one respondent regarding a case before the National Labor Relations Commission Regional Arbitration Branch No. III in San Fernando, Pampanga. COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

We, complainants _____________, _____________,

________________, hereby enter into this Compromise Agreement
and by virtue thereof manifest the following:

1. Complainants, _________________, _________________,


_________________ and _________________, for and in consideration
of the total amount of Ninety Thousand Pesos (Php 90,000.00),
which they acknowledged to have received to his full and complete
satisfaction from respondent _________________, hereby declare
that they have no further claims whatsoever against the respondents
_________________ and _________________ and that they hereby
release and forever discharge said respondents from any and all
claims, demands, cause of action, or liability of whatever nature
arising out of their employment with said respondents;

2. Complainants further manifest that the aforementioned


amount that they received from respondent _________________shall
be in full and final settlement of all their claims and benefits from
the respondents, including those treated in the above-captioned case
and that the payment so received as provided herein should not in
any way be construed as an admission of liability on the part of
respondents;

3. This Compromise Agreement constitutes a Release, Waiver
and Quitclaim and that no further claim, suit or proceeding of
whatever nature may be filed in any court or agency of the
government against herein respondents since any and all claims in
connection with the previous employment of the complainants have
been finally settled once and for all.

4. As such, the parties hereto respectfully request the


National Labor Relations Commission to treat the above-captioned
case as CLOSED and/or finally DISMISSED with prejudice.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this
