INTRODUCTION :
PSH ENTERPRISES is a FMCG Online Offline Store Started Back On
June 2020. Though all world is Suffering a Stake by COVID 19, we take
this as opportunity and started a Online Cum Offline Store to sell Fresh
Fruits & Vegetables. As result Our initiative got a huge response and
now looking to expand it for the better growth of this start up.

Prakash Sharma is the first and only stake holder cum owner of this
startup. He was Graduated as Bachelor of Engineering Last Year.
Apparently He owes a experience of 3 Years in FMCG, Event &
Management and Education Sector . He Single Handedly Taking This
Vision Long to provide this Organization a height of Service.

DSCR CALCULATION :
The report we proposing is having a DSCR Ratio of 1.33. To Understand
The Equation Better, Below we mentioning the calculation.
As we follow our work plan : The Total Net Operating Income we are
Hoping to get is of ₹420,000/month including . On the other side our
Total Debt Service is of ₹315000.

This shows us a DSCR Report with the usual formula calculation :

DSCR Ratio : Net Operating Income/Total Debt Service

DSCR : 420,000/315000

Then We Get Our Ratio as 1.3

Projection :

Profit :

The Balanced Possibility We Have Already shown in our Market Plan .

Though We are Targeting 500 Permanent customer from 5000 Living


Families stays on closed campus societies on hoshangabad road in Next 3
months

As we follow above mentioned calculation , the profit sector is the 25%


margin (5% reserved for damaging & miscellaneous) of Daily Selling
₹70000 Through 70 Customers ( from 500 Permanent ) .

Which gives a calculation like :


70000 × 30 = 2100000.

If we calculate our margin of 20% of 70000.

i.e,. 14000 × 30 = ₹ 420000.

This Profit included all our services and cost which our companies bears.

Excepting all the spends. We are getting a ₹100000-₹110000 every month .

This is our projection in profit note.

Loss :

The Term Loss Doesn't Relevant here as we are working on a online


driven technology selling which is rare where we are working. So there
is a technical scope of more or less profit gaining process unless there
will be a tragic natural disasters or pandemic happens.

Report Till Now :

As we Started 3 Months ago in between lockdown we gained a good


profit but as the city bhopal got open we slightly struggled thus we have
fixed a lot of things last month and again started to settle with a balance
profit.

Till now we have came across more than 250 customers in which 100 are
now customer of ours and remaining many orders on temporary base.
Apart from this we have successfully tied up many restaurant and hotels.

We handled and growing our customer services through online mode .


Hence we are able to captured a lot customers from closed socities like
Coral Woods, Sagar Royal Villas, Eden Garden and Etc.

FUTURE GROWTH :
On working our plan we looking to expand our business on certain
ways.

• To Make Our Reach in Bhopal to max Customer Engagement.

• Operation Through Online & Offline mode with efficiency.

• To Produce a branch out of Madhya Pradesh on preferred States like


Delhi or Bihar.

• Building a goof staff and Convenient Services to grow our business


better.

MARKET PLAN & AIM :


To Spread this reach out to maximum possibility. We Constantly
working on Our Services and Building To Hope 500 Permanent
Customer Which Results on our business a minimum Conumption of
Vegetables and Fruits Cost ₹1000 Per Family/week.

To Acquire This Target We Alternatively Working to Sell Vegetables to


70 Customers Daily Which Generates a selling of ₹70000 per day
including our Margin of 25% ( 5% Reserved For Material Damaging &
miscellaneous ) .

AIM : To Make a Flexible Platform For The People Bhopal and Nearby.
This Project Would be a efficient and easiest service providing Platform
for FMCG sector.

Our Policy Is To Maintain Quality and Authenticity Through Customer


Service and Direct Dealing

Proposal :

Though We Have Shown all our Work Plans, Projection and Aim.

We are proposing a requirement of ₹350000 which is nominal 58% of our


required assets.

This will help organization to settle on its plan and achievement.
