Responsibilities:
Monitoring, supervision and direction to Community Organizers and prepare
report on monthly, tri-monthly and six monthly activity plan and work
progress.
Planning and budget monitoring.
To collect and preserve information, records and maintain necessary registers,
files and documents at Regional level
To provide training on disaster risk reduction, disaster management and
urban resilience to enhance skills of the Slum Disaster Management
Committee.
To keep advocacy networking/lobbying with Govt. organizations to avail
facilities (water, electricity and Gas etc.) in the working areas.
To participate and facilitate training, meeting and workshop.
To facilitate tri-monthly meeting with Govt. and Non-Govt. Officials and
provide assistance.
To perform any other assignment to be given by the Regional Authority.

celebrate International Disaster Reduction Day, National Disaster
Preparedness Day etc.

of Dead workers of Tazreen Fashion Project

Job Location: Caritas Dhaka Region, Mirpur, Pollabi, Dhaka – 1216
Responsibilities:
To lead a team of staff members for planning, organizing, executing,
supervising, monitoring and evaluating all sorts of field level activities of the
project and other Caritas activities initiated to achieve the goal of the project.
To develop and update Regional database for promoting supportive
environment for orphan children of dead workers, injured workers, closest
relatives of dead and unidentified and their families in development
initiatives of Caritas.
To plan and organize all kinds of training, workshop and seminar programs
projected in project proposal.
To collect and preserve information, records and maintain necessary registers,
files and documents at Regional level.
To find out gaps in implementing grass root level activities and recommend
to resolve the problems with new ideas.
To follow-up and provide assistance to the project beneficiary families for
improving their well beings.
To build up and maintain a healthy relationship with the beneficiary families,
local community, Govt. Officials, development allies, local Church and social
leaders.
