Jeff Bezos is the founder, CEO and chairman of the famous online shopping company named
Amazon. In the context of Amazon.com, Inc, as a successful leader, Jeff Bezos plays an
important role for bringing success in his company. A detail explanation of Jeff Bezos’s
leadership style that he follows to bring more success towards his company Amazon has been
explained. Behind the success of Amazon of being world’s second-largest information
technology company, Jeff Bezos has put up his efficient and effective leadership style by
following several leadership style which includes benefit for its followers, maintaining
organizational culture and undergo proper change management.

Jeff Bezos is considered to be having ‘PARENT’ ego state when it comes to his leadership
styles and the guiding 14 principles form the core values of Amazon which form the base of

customers’ expectations and following the leadership principles of the company. Amazon has a

ranked scores which also form the part of the strokes involved in the transaction between Bezos
and his employees.
