Alorica Tools Testing and Certifications Instructions
Please test your system access and complete the required certification courses and surveys below.
A. VPN Set-Up
Steps
1 Go to the link below to download the client:
https://forticlient.com/downloads
2 Go to the folder where the installer is saved and
double click on the installer file to execute
3 Check the accept box and click Next
4 Click Next
5 Click Install
6 Click Finish
7 Look for the FortiClient VPN icon on your desktop
and open the application
8 Click Configure VPN
9 Select or type the options below and click Save:
- VPN: SSL-VPN
- Connection Name: Davao
- Description: Blank
- Remote Gateway: 27.110.129.12
(27.110.129.10 alternative if unable to connect to the
VPN using the first gateway)
- Custom Port: 10443
- Authentication:
- Click “Prompt on Login”
- Check the box for “Do not warn invalid server
connection.”
1 Type in your Alorica NT Login Username and
0 Password and click Connect
Note that your username should be lower case and it
needs to be entered as a stand-alone ID (do not
include a domain or /user).
Example:
username: sp004973654
Default credentials for new hires:
Username: First Name Initial + Last Name Initial + 00
+ Oracle ID
Example: sp001234567
Password: Alorica + Date of Birth (MMDDYYYY)
Example: Alorica01201990

Steps
1 Go to https://connect.alorica.com
2 Login with the following credentials
Username Password
Without Alorica First Name Initial + Last User Domain Password/
Email Address Name Initial + 00 + Oracle Default Password
ID + alorica.com (Alorica+Birthday)

Username: Initials of First and Last Name + 00 + Oracle ID.
Password: 0+Oracle ID
3. Reset your password.
4. Log out
E. EIS
1. Go to https://eis.alorica.com/
2. Enter the following credentials:
Username: Employee ID
Password: Employee ID (temporary)
3. Click START SHIFT
4. Click “I acknowledge” when the mandatory message pops up
5. Click END SHIFT
To change your password:
1. In the upper right corner, click the menu button next to your name.
2. Select SETTINGS
3. Click RESET PASSWORD
4. Log out
F. eCFR/ Motivators and Learning Styles Survey
1. Go to https://cxmp.apacteleservices.com:8091/CFR_Portal/CFRController.jpf
2. Enter the following credentials:
Username: 19 + Employee ID
Password: Last 4 digits of the Employee ID
Click the word “HERE”, should you encounter the below eror:
“Login Error. Incorrect User Name or Password. Be sure you have typed in your WINDOWS User Name and
Password.
If you receive a log in error using your WINDOWS User Name/Password, click here to log in using your previous
numeric User Name and Password.”
3. Click Motivators and Learning Styles.
4. Click Complete at Management Request.
5. Finish the survey.
G. Service Now SSPR
1. Go to: https://alorica.service-now.com/
2. Login with your Domain username and password
3. The Self-Service Password Reset Enrolment message should be available on the upper portion of the screen.
Click on “Click here to enroll”
4. Finish Self-Service Password Reset setup
H. OnPoint
For new hires
1. Go to https://alorica-mt.onpointdigital.com/opportal/login.do
2. Enter the following credentials:
Username: a + Employee ID
Password: a + Employee ID
3. Click Assignment
4. Select Required Assignment
5. Take these courses:
