The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is introducing artificial intelligence as a new subject at the secondary and senior secondary levels. To support teachers during the COVID-19 lockdown, CBSE and partners IBM and Intel are offering several online awareness and capacity building programs on artificial intelligence for principals and teachers. These include introductory webinars on May 14th and teacher training sessions on May 18th, 20th and 22nd that will cover topics like the CBSE-IBM K-12 AI curriculum and future skills related to AI. Schools interested in participating are requested to register using the links provided.

Greetings from CBSE!
1. To make school studentsAI-ready,Central Board of Secondary Educationhas introduced Artificial
Intelligence as a skill subject Secondary and Senior Secondary level along with a 12-hour ‘Inspire’
module for class VIII.
2. In order to extend support to teachers during this lockdown period, CBSE in association with IBM and
Intel has planned following Online Awareness / Capacity Building Programmes/ Self-learning modules
for Principals and teachers :
