1) The LAC session report summarizes a meeting of SFC LAC Group 25 that took place on September 8, 2020. 13 members were present. 2) Based on the facilitator's feedback, member participation and discussion went well, with all members sharing ideas and providing feedback to each other. The facilitator also effectively guided the discussion. 3) The best part of the session was allowing each member to share their ideas. Members helped each other when things were unclear. For next time, members agreed to prepare more in advance of the discussion.

1. The best part of the session (i.e. what went well):


The best part of the session conducted was the sharing of ideas wherein each member of
the group was given a chance to share his or her idea on the lessons that we discussed.
Everyone were encouraged to give their answers and if there were certain things that were
not clear to each of the member, the team helped one another so that no one was left
behind.

2. Problems or challenges encountered and how they were resolved:


Aside from the numerous number of activities that we answered, we experienced some
misunderstanding especially in activities that have lengthy of instructions and different
misconceptions on the needed details. But as team, we managed to help one another to
give the best answers that team can have.

3. Other topics discussed apart from the recommended topics, if any:


Before we end the session we agreed upon that we are going to plan what to do with
the next LAC. The venue, time of the session, resources to be use and other things needed
in the conduct of the next LAC.

4. Recommendations/Plans for next LAC session:


On the conduct of the next LAC session, we agreed upon that each member of the group
should have read the next module and answer the given questions in the activities so that
the flow of sharing of ideas/insights will be smoothly done.
