Is Your Network Ready?


Verify that your Network is ready to support
the rollout of your Five9 Contact Center solution.

Perform this test during a period of normal network activity


so we can accurately measure the bandwidth available for
Five9 applications.

1. Click the Click to start test button on the right to begin the


Prequalification Test. Each test will take approximately
4 minutes to complete.

2. When the Connection Summary tab is displayed click on


the Email Results button to display an email message
containing links to the test results. Send the message to
Five9 using your email client.

3. We will run the Prequalification Test a total of 3 times, so


click on the Repeat Test button to prepare for the next run
and return to Step 1.

4. After the 3rd test has completed an acknowledgement


message will be displayed and this window may then be
closed.
