COMPANY PROFILE

TECHINOVA Engineering Analysis Services LLP is a company established on 2015. This is


registered in Berhampur, Orissa and has corporate office at Kolkata. Besides that it has
marketing braches in all over India like Hyderabad, Vizag, Gujarat and Mumbai. Basically
company deals with drafting, drawing, designing, design verification analysis and
optimization of Mechanical, civil, Electrical and Metallurgical items. A sister concern
company named Innotech Engineering has been established on April 2018 at Wada
industrial area in Mumbai. This involves in manufacturing.

In detail work of each company is as follows:

TECHINOVA:

This is one stop solution for organization who are interested in optimizing existing product
or developing new products. We provide solutions by doing FEA, CFD, Thermal, Vibrational
analysis etc. We have 12-14 qualified engineers who work dedicatedly in all over India. We
also provide solution globally.

Directors Profile:

Mr. Sail Kumar Padhy who has completed his B.Tech in Mechanical engineering, M.Tech in
Mechanical system design from Odisha. He is pursuing Ph.D from Jadavpur University,
Kolkata in FSI (Fluid Structure Interaction). He has experience of 8 years in Mechanical field.

Mr. Mrinal Kanti Chakraborty a mechanical engineer who has completed BE from Jadavpur
University and has around 15 years of experience of product design, development and
project management.

Mrs. Jasmita Kumari Sahu who has completed her B.Tech in Electronics. She has experience
in company management around 6 years.

Drafting and Designing:

We are doing digitization of drawings means converting the old hand sketch drawings or old
pdf drawings into auto cad drawings. That may include Mechanical equipment, Machining
parts, Structural parts, civil drawing, GA, Elevation, Top layout, Electrical drawings etc.

Analysis:
We are doing analysis of any part as per customers requirement. Structural Analysis and
optimization, Designing of structural parts, FEA Analysis of any equipment, Pipe line,
workshops, Civil portions etc. CFD Analysis of Pumps, Sumps, Building areas, Parking areas
etc. Thermal Analysis of Electrical boards, Motors, Generators etc. Vibrational Analysis of
Structures, Equipment, etc. Metallurgical Analysis of equipment parts.
Trainings:

We are providing corporate trainings on software like Autocad, Solidworks, Catia, Pro E,
Ansys (all modules). This training includes theoretical, practical and one live project. For this
we have persons who are experienced in the field at least of 7- 8 years.

INNOTECH:

INNOTECH Engineering is a Techinova group. The factory premises is of 46000 sq. ft. which
includes workspace (11000 sq. ft, 12 MT crane), Go-down, office and rest open spaces. It
involves in manufacturing of mechanical products like Material handling equipment, crusher
plants, vibro feeders, Screen of different types, Air pollution units, Bucket elevators,
Customized equipment like Heat exchangers, Tanks, vessels, Pipe lines, Reheat furnaces,
Roller S furnaces, Gratings and Hand rails etc. Besides that we are taking outsourcing
projects from different companies which include Structural parts, customized equipment,
pipes and fittings, Maintenance of plants.

We have well qualified engineers, Supervisors, 15 permanent workers, 5 contractual


workers. Out of which 4 fitters, 4 welders (Arc, Argon & CO2 ), and rest are grinders, Painter
and Helpers. A scheduled training programme is provided to the workers to adequate about
new technologies, Improvement of quality of works. We are very particular about safety of
our worker in workplace so to minimize the accident in workplace.

We focus on providing best quality to our customers by following the work procedure like
Planning of material, Quality check (Dimensional verification, DP test etc.), fabrication,
machining, Assembling with finishing, Painting and Dispatch.
