Dear Savne Sir,


I have been contacted by multiple agencies today to discuss the scope of the project and clarification on
the location of the road segments under consideration for parking. A majority of these agencies have
requested for an extension in the online bid submission date for Packages 1-6 to enable them to
put together the requisite documentation as well as conduct their independent surveys of the parking
areas. Some of these agencies were unable to attend the pre-bid meeting due to Corona related
government travel restrictions.

I believe an extension in the submission date for all the six parkings packages by another 10 more days
would allow a larger number of prospective bidders to study the project better and participate in the
tender process which could result in a better turnout in the number of bidders participating in PCMC's
tender process.

Based on the parking queries received today, I would recommend we consider extending the bid
submission dates for Packages 1-6 for appointment of agencies for operation of on-street and off-street
parking in PCMC to accomodate a larger participation in the tendering process.
