PROCEDURES
Step 1
Freeze or restrain the suspect/s

If the suspect is armed with firearm, bladed/pointed

the arresting officer, arresting officer may use his
firearm when faced with real threat on his life under

stranger.
 When armed resistance subsides, the police officer
must cautiously approach the suspect and
