Grade 4 Homophones

Homophones are words that sound the same but have different meanings and spellings. This lesson introduces the homophones "their", "there", and "they're" through examples, definitions, and worksheets for students to practice identifying the correct usage based on context. Students then work independently to find homophones in their reading and play a game to reinforce the concepts by moving to the part of the room labeled with the matching homophone in sentences said by the teacher.
