Is Avolin going to
offer some sort of short training/informational presentation on how we could be best utilizing the
Coretrac CRM system during the Covid-19 pandemic, to best connect with in an effort to support and
strengthen our customer base? Highlighting certain features of the system, such as logging calls and
setting up future follow up calls using the Events feature, and documenting the conversations using the
Notes feature. Utilizing the Marketing and Queue feature to distribute leads to the field for Customer
Outreach efforts, and how those calls could ultimately turn into a cross-sell opportunities. For instance,
if you contact a customer and learn that they have been impacted by the pandemic and in need of some
extra cash, this could lead to a skip-a-pay opportunity on their auto or home loan, or possibly a draw on
a Line of Credit that they forgot they had, or maybe even a Credit Card. The outcome could be anything
depending on the products offered by your institution, but the Coretrac system has so many great
features that are prime for strengthening relationships, it could make a real difference in the customers
lives as well as the institutions bottom line. I have seen many Covid-19 webinars being offered for banks
and credit unions, but nothing that is CRM specific, and I would love some extra insight.
