Explosives/Explosives lngredients for the 30b SEA Games 2019

1 . Reference: lvlemo from TDO dated November 19, 20'19 with same subject as above

2. This pertains to the granting of special Permit to Transpon (PPT) Firearms lrom and
to specific locations within the specified duration and purpose in order lo ensure the safe and
secure coverage of the 30s SEA Games 2019 from November 20 to December 14, 2019.
3. ln this regard, ARD, PRO3 can issue special PPTS pursuant to the provisions of RA
No. 10591 and its RIRR to the following individuals and entities:
a. Participants to approved shooting competitions prior to the issuance of the
suspension of PTCFOR;
b. lndividuals who acquired/purchased ,irearms that need to be lransported to lheir
residences:
c. PNP personnel providing proteclive security detail, provided that they shall be in
proper PNP unilorm when carrying their firearms; and
d. Private security agencies that provide details orders to their security guards for
purpose of performing their official funotions.

4. As to the granting permits in the transporumovement and/or shipment o,


explosives/explosives ingredients from the point of origin to the point of destination, the
approval shall be at the discretion of the C, FEO, CSG provided that it shall be strictly
monitored in order not to pose a lhreat to specific areas where the aciivities tor the 306 SEA
Games are held.
