COMPANY PROFILE

BRIEF HISTORY

Cabiao Water District started its operation on September 03, 1997. With P5.4 million

loan secured from LWUA, it has constructed a deep well, a pump house and an elevated steel

water reservoir in Brgy. San Roque and laid out 3-km service pipe lines covering greatly the town

proper of Cabiao. Collection was a measly P150,000 during its first year of operation with 50

concessionaries and with only 3 manpower staff using the pump house as its office. Five years

later, collection grew to P6.0 million. Buoyed by this success, Cabiao Water District augmented

its growth by professionalizing its organization, making sure that the quality of its service is at the

highest standard.

Cabiao Water District upholds its mission in providing and maintaining the highest

standard in water quality through competitive workforce, good governance and highly technical

services.

VISION

Cabiao Water District is committed and dedicated to its visionary goal of providing the

highest standard in water quality-safe, reliable, adequate, affordable towards public satisfaction.
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

BUSINESS

Cabiao Water District is a government-owned and controlled corporation. It is a young

but rapidly growing district servicing the requirement of the residents of the municipality of

Cabiao for potable water at the cheapest price.

Another is their procurement in Republic Act 9184 or The Government Procurement

Reform Act which is the revised implementing rules and regulations.

They have programs and projects including the gender and development, HR activities ,

ARTA or about #KontraRedTape and the INFRA.

COMPANY WORK IMMERSION COORDINATOR

Our company work immersion coordinator is no other than Mr. Nestor B. Eclera M.A.

He studied Master of Arts at Dr. Gloria D. Lacson Foundation College. He also studied at Divina

Pastora Collge, Gapan City, Nueva Ecija and at Polytechnic University of the Philippines.

Recently, he is the Division Manager in Finance and Commercial Division in Cabiao Water

District.
