Introduction
You don’t need me to tell you that your dick - and specifically your erection -
is a pretty BIG DEAL.

What Causes Stress and High Cortisol?

These days there are several general things that I think cause MOST people to
feel STRESSED nearly all the time.

For starters, most people (men in particular) have this horrible feeling of
being ‘overworked and underpaid.’

That is a BIG cause of STRESS.

Another stress-causer that many guys have to deal with is feeling like ‘there’s
never enough time in the day.’

Next, consider The Media…

We get bombarded with NEWS all day long… and, it’s nearly always BAD
news (because, sadly, that’s what sells papers, encourages people to listen to
the radio, and makes people watch the Television)…

The latest terrorist attack…

People with mental health issues killing random people at schools or the
movie theatre…

Financial Crisis.

The threat of nuclear war.

Terrorist Attacks.

These things are on the news 24/7, 365.

And, most of us tune in every day, throughout the day.

Think that might make you STRESSED?

Of course it does.

Then, you throw in other ‘daily stresses.’ Things like:

- Paying the mortgage


- Paying the bills
- Looking after the kids

- Doing your work, attending meetings
On and on, and on.

The STRESS never stops!

A level of stress we haven’t evolved to cope with.

Can you see how this all adds up?

The stress you are facing, simply by living in the modern, western, civilized
world is ENORMOUS.

Question is:

“Why is this level of stress bad for your sexual performance?”

Well, when your STRESS goes up - your body produces more of a Hormone
called Cortisol.

And, when your Cortisol Levels goes UP…

Your Testosterone tends to go down…

And, your estrogen levels (the female hormone), and body-fat, tend to go UP.

So, a more stressed you is likely to be a more overweight you, with less
testosterone (the male hormone).

This is bad news for you health and sexual performance.

Of course, some stress is a natural part of life.

But, when stress levels get out of hand - like they do for most people - that’s
when problems arise.

Right now, lemme show you a couple simple ways to decrease your stress
levels and get your Cortisol Levels under control:

1. Practice Deep Breathing

2. Get Quality Massage

Deep Breathing means breathing into your belly.

When you do this, your chest and shoulders shouldn’t rise. Instead, your belly
should just expand (as you inhale) and contract (as you exhale).

Try doing 30 deep breaths, at least once a day. While sitting up straight in a
chair.

Breathe in for 3 seconds.

Then breathe out for 3 seconds.

This can have a tremendously positive effect on


your stress levels.

And, even better… train yourself to breathe


DEEPLY all the time. This will dramatically
LOWER your stress levels, and help to bring your
Cortisol Levels under control.

How about massage?

Well, massage is a great way to relieve TENSION (stress) from your body.

Just make sure you get a QUALITY massage… from a professional masseuse
who knows how to give DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE.

And, if you really wanna de-stress, and bring your Cortisol Levels down - I
strongly suggest getting quality Deep Tissue Massage at least once a week.

Maybe even twice.

What Causes Low Testosterone?

Testosterone is the MALE hormone.

It’s important for A LOT of things that are, almost certainly, really important
to you, as a man. Things like:

- Having a high sex-drive


- Getting rock-hard erections
- Being highly confident
- Having lots of energy
- Being driven and determined to succeed in all that you do
- Having good levels of muscle and strength
- Maintaining low body-fat levels
“YES,” really… testosterone affects ALL those things, and more.

What you really need to remember right now are the following FACTS:

1. That if you have LOW testosterone, your sex-drive will SUCK

2. That if you have LOW testosterone, your erection quality will be poor

3. That if you have LOW testosterone, you’ll likely have HIGH estrogen (the
female hormone)

4. That today’s average American Male has just 50% of the free testosterone
his Grandfather had at a similar age…

That’s a 50% DROP in testosterone, for the male population on the


whole, in just 50 years.

Right now, I want you to know this…

There really are many things that are causing men’s testosterone levels to
diminish at a lower age than ever, much faster than ever.

But, let me tell you about 3 of the worst causes, that are also pretty easy for
you to avoid ;)

Here goes…

To avoid having LOW testosterone:

- Avoid eating Soy (or Soya)


- Avoid drinking too much Alcohol
- Avoid drinking tap water
Strange thing is…

Soy is often marketed as a Health Food. Yet really, it’s nothing of the
sort.

It’s the worst ‘anti-testosterone’ food of all. And it’ll send your Estrogen
Levels through the roof…

Encouraging a fat belly, ‘Man Boobs,’ and poor sexual performance.

Unfortunately, Soy is often in foods, but is not labelled as soy! For instance,
when you see ‘Vegetable Oil’ on a label… that often means soy.

Best way to avoid soy?

Don’t eat processed foods.

Prepare your food at home, from scratch, using natural ingredients. That way,
you know exactly what you are eating.

How about Alcohol?

Well, that just totally screws up your testosterone levels.

Now, I’m not gonna tell you to never drink again. But, I will say this…

The less you have, the better it is for your testosterone levels.

And, the more testosterone you have - the better your sex-drive and erections
will be.

For proof of what I’m saying, just consider the old saying:

“Whiskey Dick”

See what I mean?

Alcohol might be considered a MANLY thing - but it’s actually very


feminizing! Because it lowers testosterone, raises estrogen, and makes great
sexual performance (including rock hard erections) very unlikely indeed.

Finally, let’s discuss Tap Water.

Why do I say you shouldn’t drink tap water?

Because it is full of TOXIC crap, including Birth Control Pills - which are
highly Estrogenic.

The Birth Control Pills end up in Tap Water when women who are ‘on the pill’
go to the toilet.

Yeah! It’s pretty disgusting…

And, that’s why I say you shouldn’t drink it.

What Causes Poor Circulation?

Circulation is necessary for rock-hard erections because a hard, strong


erection requires BLOOD FLOW.

The better your blood flow (circulation) around your body - the easier it’ll be
for you to GET HARD.

A lack of exercise is a big reason why many guys have poor circulation.

Sitting down too much is another. Because it literally cuts off circulation
to your groin area - by making your hips too tight.

Of course, a generally bad diet also makes circulation poor. Eating


processed, unnatural foods, full of sugar and Trans Fats, is a great way to clog
up your arteries, increase chronic inflammation (the #1 cause of all disease),
reduce circulation, and make it very tough to get reliable, rock hard erections.

Question is:

“What can you do to improve circulation?”

Well, I have 3 proven suggestions:

1. Exercise more often

2. Sit down less

3. Eat a natural, unprocessed diet

If you’re unsure of what exercise to do - just go for a walk!

Honestly, a brisk 20 minute walk, every day, will do wonders for your
circulation, and your overall health.

If you can make it a 30-60 minute walk - that’s even better.

Of course, if you wanna lift weights, run, cycle, practice Yoga or Martial Arts,
and play sports too - that’s awesome. I’m just making a simple, highly
effective, circulation boosting exercise suggestion.

The very best thing of all, for circulation, is Rebounding.

This is basically just bouncing on a mini trampoline, which you should be able
to get for less then $100.

Doing just 10 minutes on a Rebounder is equivalent to as much as 30-40
minutes normal aerobic exercise, in terms of Oxygenating your system, and
getting your Circulation going, so it’s also very efficient for time, if you don’t
have time to exercise for long…or, you just don’t want to!

Even 2-3 minutes a day on a Rebounder (mini trampoline) will significantly


improve Circulation.

On this page there’s a video by Elwin explaining more about this.

Sitting down less is a big deal.

Many people these days have desks that allow them to STAND and work.

If your job requires you to sit down for hours every day - behind a desk, or in
a vehicle…

At least get up frequently throughout the day and stretch out. In


particular, stretch your hip flexors and your Gluts (because they’re the
muscles most likely to get tight as a result of SITTING).

Eating a natural, unprocessed diet is one of the most important things


you can do for your circulation and overall health.

Base your diet around:

400ml Almond Milk

Almond milk is the liquid for the Super-Smoothie.

There are also many heath benefits to be gained from


Almonds. Some of them SEXUAL.

It compliments the taste of the smoothie very well.

You can buy it in a carton from any decent Health Food Store.
Just make sure it has nothing nasty added. And get ORGANIC if you can.

Alternatively, you can make your own Almond Milk at home. To do that,
you’ll need Almonds, Filtered Water, and a Nut Milk Maker.

It is without doubt easier to just BUY ready-made Almond Milk. Though

1/4 teaspoon Atlantic Sea Salt

Did you know that the ‘eat less salt’ advice given my many
‘Health Experts’ is nonsense.

Seriously…

Salt is incredibly HEALTHY.

You just have to eat the right salt!

Avoid white, processed ‘Table Salt.’

And, instead, go for NUTRIENT rich salt such as Atlantic Sea Salt.

The key thing is, most of the salt you buy is Heated and Treated: meaning, all
the nutrition is gone, and usually some really nasty stuff is added to it.

What you want is real, Heated, untreated Sea Salt.

Real salt is slightly damp, and often has a slightly grey coloring…that’s the
minerals that you need.

As far as the Super-Smoothie goes, Atlantic Sea Salt really helps to pull all the

Raw Honey is a wonderful food. Full of nutrition.

It’s also a real LOVER’s food (think of the term ‘HONEY-


Moon.’ And consider what most happy couples spend their
‘HONEY-Moon’ doing ;)

Be sure to buy RAW Honey.

The cheap stuff in Supermarkets has been HEATED, and that


destroys most of the nutrition. Leaving you with a pot of sugar!

Not what you want.

In fact, crazy as it is…

A lot of cheap honey actually has white, refined sugar added to it. Madness I
know.

They take one of the most nutritious foods on the planet - Honey - and they
add one of the most destructive ‘foods’ you can ever put in your body…

White, refined sugar.

Why do they do this?

Because sugar is CHEAP. And, sadly, big businesses often do what’s best for
