All Staff & Students must login to NYP Zoom using


Microsoft Azure Active Directory authentication. The
username is your NYP email & use your Windows

DO NOT use your Personal Meeting ID to schedule a


meeting.
ALWAYS use a Password when scheduling a

MANAGE WHO ENTERS YOUR CLASSROOM

Use Waiting Room & Lock your Online Classroom

Use a Waiting Room to take attendance ensuring they


are your students before allowing them to enter your
online classroom. This feature is enabled for you.

Lock your online classroom once your lesson starts.
This will prevent intruders from entering your

Use Screen Sharing & Remote Control only in a


secured environment

Allow students to screen share only after you lock

USE THE SECURITY ICON

Easily manage your online classroom & participants


using the security icon. E.g. Lock Meeting, Allow
participants to Screen share & Remove a Participant

SAFEGUARD SENSITIVE INFORMATION

Student recording is disabled & DO NOT share


sensitive information.
You can record your online classes on the cloud,
upload to Panopto and share it via Bb module for
student revision.
