Macros: 1. in The View Tab, Choose Macros Record

To create a macro in Word, start recording by choosing Macros → Record in the View tab. Give the macro a name and optionally assign a keyboard shortcut. Perform the actions to be recorded, then stop recording in the View tab. The macro can then be run by pressing the assigned keyboard shortcut or by selecting it and clicking Run in the Macros dialog box accessed through the View tab.

MACROS

1. In the View tab , choose Macros → Record

2. The Record Macro dialog box appears.


3. Give macro a name in the Macro Name : field

4. Click the keyboard button to assign a keyboard shortcut to the macro.

5. Type a keyboard shortcut combination and click on Assign button and then click close
button.

6. In the View tab , choose Macros → Stop Recording.


7. To play back the macro , press the keyboard shortcut you assigned.

8. Word repeats all the actions taken while the macro was being recorded.

9. In View tab , choose Macros → View Macros.

10. Macro Dialog Box will be appeared.


11. In the list under Macro name, click the macro you want to run.

12. Click Run.
