Module 1 Mental Health

Mental health refers to a state of well-being where one can cope with stress and function productively. Poor mental health can significantly impact learning and memory and make individuals uncomfortable. Both stress and mental health problems affect around half of students and workers in developed countries. Too much unmanaged stress can negatively impact physical and mental health through unhealthy coping mechanisms. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle through diet, exercise, and social support can help improve both mental and physical well-being.
