Scope of Maintenance Work (For all Powerplants ):-


1. Module cleaning
2. Structure maintenance
3. Inverter performance checking
4. Earthing connection checking
5. Remote Monitoring System Checking
6. Civil Foundation Checking
7. AJB , DCDB, ACDB, LA Checking
8. Tightening of all connections (Modules , JB, DB, Battery etc.)
9. Collect all the respective pictures as a proof of the above checking
10. CMC/AMC report duly signed by the customer with necessary stamp.
11. Supply of small spares (e.g. KUT connectors, MC4 connectors , Lugs etc.) after getting confirmation
by Onergy service team, bill of which will be adjusted with the same quarter.
Scope of Maintenance work (For all High Mast ):-
1. Modules checking
2. Luminary checking
3. Battery checking
4. Tightening of all connections (Modules, Luminaries, Battery)
5. Overall checking of the system including pole – foundation -shadow
6. Photo collection of overall system
7. CMC/AMC report duly signed by the customer.
8. Supply of small spares (e.g. KUT connectors, MC4 connectors , Lugs etc.) after getting confirmation by
Onergy service team, bill of which will be adjusted with the same quarter.

Scope of Service / Complaint Calls :-


1. Before attending the service :
a. To understand the details of the service (Viz. Name, Place, System details, Contact No.
etc.)
b. To be attended within 24 hour after getting the report.
c. To check whether any product is needed before attending the service.
2. During attending the service :
a. To check cleanliness & tightening of module & system
b. Audio-visual anomaly if any. Supply of small spares (e.g. KUT connectors, MC4 connectors ,
Lugs etc.) after getting confirmation by Onergy service team, bill of which will be adjusted with the same
quarter.
c. To check the basic parameters by Multimeter & Clampmeter.
d. To resolve the issue accordingly.
e. ONergy service team will always be in help over phone as narrated by the field technician
verbally as well as by picture & will not leave the site until & unless the same is confirmed by the
ONergy service team.
f. After resolving the issue, customer comment along with other system parameters are to put in
“ONergy Service Book” and it will be duly signed by customer and respective field officer.
g. Collection of service charge from customer if it is informed
so to be transacted to Punam Energy Pvt. Ltd.’s official account
on the same day.

After leaving the service :


a. Submission of the copy of service book copy being properly filled up can be
submitted weekly
b. Service charge collected from the customer to be transacted on the
same day to Punam Energy Pvt. Ltd’s official A/C.
c. To put justification for repetitive services.

 Terms & Conditions :


1. All work will be carried as per the tenure agreed in the work order accepted.
2. All reporting must be done on daily basis. During site visit against the
mutually agreed schedule of activities along with detailed photo of the
respective system. All of the same will be in specific Whatsapp Group
or via Email.
3. After completion of work a report must be submitted.
4. All tools & safety equipments for maintenance & service will be in your scope.
5. Mobilization must be started immediately after the complain logged.
6. All cables & wiring connection need to check as per proper working condition.
7. ONergy Solar will not be responsible for any delay for local issues.
8. The contractor must assure the quality of the work shall be high in
quality & the same is to get passed from client.
9.Any complaint or service call needed to be attended within 1 day.

 Payment Terms :-
1. Payment will be disbursed to you through NEFT/RTGS after 15 days of
submission of all the reports of 1 quarter & receipt of your bill at
registered office
2. Total payment will be disbursed quarterly.
3. No payments will be made if any required documents are missing.
