ReverseAuctionMethod Part5

This document discusses auction procedures for multiple lots. It explains that the presence of a hammer icon and bid values indicate an auction has started for that lot, while no hammer and no values mean the auction has not started. Bidders can only bid on lots for which they are qualified. To bid, users click the hammer and enter quotes for each lot individually before the listed end date and time. Once the auction ends for all lots, the tender will no longer be visible in the live auction list.
