Structural Glazing
Structural Glazing is a widely-used term, describing flat
panels that consist of thermoplastic core bonded
between two aluminum sheets.
 The Structural Glazing is used in architectural
applications, which includes application on
clear and tinted float glass.

 Structural glazing is flexible in regards to the

sections utilized and framework finish.

 This product allows flexibility in broad

architectural designs, increasing the thermal
efficiency of building.
Application
Structurally Glazed Rooflights/Skylights

Structurally Glazed Walk-On

Rooflights/Floors

Structurally Glazed Canopies

Structurally Glazed Facades

Cost/Budget
Considerations
 Structural Glazing is one of the most cost
effective contemporary solutions available.
 Structural Glazing is typically 17% - 23% more
cost effective than that of a Frameless
Glazing equivalent and 20% - 25% more
expensive than Framed Glass (Curtain
Walling/Patent Glazing) solutions
Advantages:
 Ultra modern look and excellent flatness
 Light weight
 Sound insulation and pollution resistant
 Acid, alkali and salt spray resistant
 Smooth paint finish and stability of flatness
 Excellent UV characteristics
 Resistant to blow and breakage
 Minimizes vibration noise
 Heat insulation
 Complex shapes possible
 Easy maintenance
 Superior flatness to other cladding products
 Various colour choice
Glass Glazing
Features:
 Highly demanded
 Safe to use

 Durable

Types of glass glazing:-

 Architectural Glass Glazing
 Curtain Wall Glazing

 Spider Glass Glazing

 Double Glass Glazing

1.Architectural Glass Glazing

Features:
 Highly demanded
 Safe to use
 Durable
2.Curtain Wall Glazing
Features:
 Hassle free performance
 Quality approved
 Durable
3.Spider Glazing
 The Spider Glazing are highly demanded.
 Moreover, these products are known for their
sturdiness.

Features:
 Widely demanded
 Durable
4.Double Glazing
1.Frameless Glass

 These doors are appreciated for long functional

life, easy maintenance, perfect finish.
ACP Glazing

 ACP are frequently used for external cladding of buildings (building

facades).
 The main advantage of ACP is that, it is very rigid and strong, despite of
its light weight.
 Due to the ability of painting the aluminum in any colour.
 As well as patterns that
imitate other materials,
such as wood or marble.
 Thickness : ACP Sheets are
available in 3mm and 4mm
thickness. Depending upon site
condition and customer's choice
thickness will be selected
 Aluminium Composite panel clading is done,
using 2" x 1" plain rectangular tube, ACP
Sheet, 3M Adhesive tape, weathering sealant
and quality hardwares.

Frame work is made, matching to the elevation
and regidly fixed to the building by means of
expansion bolts. The ACP sheet is fixed to the
frame with 3M tape. All the joints of the ACP
sheet is finished with weather proofing
DOWCORNING 789 sealant.

Aluminium frame work is made of 2" x 1"
Aluminum Glazing
 Aluminum glazing is widely demanded for their
durability and finishing.
 Extensive utilization in commercial and high-end
residential markets.
Aluminum
Glazing
 These glazing are used for controlling the air,
wind and rain leakage and also reduce the
maintenance costs.

 This high quality range is offered at industry

leading prices.
Semi Unitized Glazing

Aluminum Semi Unitized

Glazing that is manufactured
from superior grade aluminum in
complete compliance with
international standards.

These glazing are known for

their easy installation, low
maintenance and durability.
