CECOS University of IT and Emerging Sciences Peshawar.: Section # C Lab Report Mobile Communication

This lab report summarizes work on generating pseudorandom sequences in Simulink. The student Arshad Ali of CU-1051-2015 completed Lab Task #04 under the guidance of instructor Engr. Ayesha Kazmi. The report discusses using Simulink blocks to generate pseudorandom or pseudonoise sequences, which have applications in spread spectrum communication, ranging, synchronization, and data scrambling. Tasks 1 and 2 involved using specific Simulink blocks to generate pseudorandom sequences.

Pseudorandom Sequences
The function of these blocks is to generate pseudorandom or pseudonoise (PN) sequences. The
applications of these sequences range from Multiple-access spread spectrum communication
systems to ranging Synchronization, and data scrambling. The following table lists the blocks
that generate pseudorandom or pseudonoise (PN) sequences.
