4. CID No. 20OD0129 - Construction of Flood Control Wall along the Bank of Creeks in
Brgy. 168 (Phase 2), Caloocan City
5. CID No. 20OD0130 - Construction of Flood Control Wall along the Bank of Creeks,
Brgy. 180, Caloocan City
6. CID No. 20OD0131 - Construction of Flood Control Wall along Purok 4 Orosco, Brgy.
Mapulang Lupa, Valenzuela City
is indefinitely postponed due to problems in funding requirements from the General
Appropriations Act (GAA) of FY 2020, funds not yet released.

This Bid Bulletin shall form an integral part of the said Bidding Documents.

RESOLUTION NO. 2020-21

WHEREAS, the Metro Manila 3rd District Engineering Office advertised the Invitation to
Bid for the project with Contract ID Nos. 20OD0126 to 20OD0131 posted at the
Department of Public Works and Highways website, the PhilGEPS and in a conspicuous place
at the premises of the Metro Manila 3rd District Engineering Office;

WHEREAS, the scheduled bidding on February 12, 2020 is indefinitely postponed due to
problems in funding requirement from the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of FY 2020,
funds not yet released;

NOW, THEREFORE, We, the Members of the Bids and Awards Committee, hereby RESOLVE
as it is hereby RESOLVED:

a) To declare for the indefinite postponement of bidding; and

b) To recommend to the District Engineer, approval thereof.
