Subject

- Transmission Seal Ring damage and Plate & Disc are Worn Out
Failure/Problem

- Machine can’t drive with Load


Symptom
- All forward and reverse Gear can shift but the Machine not have Power

History
- This M/C is using in Railway Construction.
- Customer do by themselves the Transmission Pump Disassembly & Repair.
- But M/C is not OK, so they called to Our Service Team.
Cause & analysis
- We inspected the M/C, Transmission Pump Pressure, Torque Conveter in-out Pressure and Transmission
Pump pressure are Low.
- Because Transmission No.1 Clutch Seal Ring is damage, also Plate & Disc are Worn Out.
- So Transmission Pump Pressure is no increased.
Action
- Our Service Team disassembly the Transmission and we checked the Disc & Plate and Seal Ring.
- Seal Ring, Disc & Plate are not good.
- So, we changed & Assembly the Transmission.
- We installed & test run, M/C is OK.
