CHAPTER 1

INTRODUCTION

BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY

The methods of learning are overwhelming sometimes. There’s a lot

to learn, on dedicating what is really into and having not enough

time. Numerous people identify that each persons chooses different

[1]
learning styles and techniques. People learn group of common ways

of learning styles. Everyone has a mix of learning styles. Other

people find that they have uppermost style of learning, with

outlying less in using different styles. Some people find that

they use different styles in different state. There is no right

mix. Nor the styles are fixed. It posses the ability in less

prevailing styles, also to refine further styles that you already

use as well.

Using many learning styles and multiple intelligences for

learning is rather a new approach. Educators have only recently

started to recognize in this approach. Linguistic and logical

teaching methods used in traditional schooling. The learning

styles and teaching techniques uses limited range. Plenty of

schools so far rely on classrooms and book-based teaching, much

repetition and duress exams for reinforcements and review. We

often label the result in using the learning styles and

techniques as bright. Somehow those who use these learning styles

often find themselves in lower classes, with varied

uncomplimentary labels or low quality teaching. It can create

positive and negative coil that reinforce the faith that one is

“mart” and “dumb”.
