CLC Conference Room Equipment Guide

Projector Remote
Use with the projector to share your screen with everyone in the room.
Point the remote at the projector and click the ON button. Click the ON
button twice to turn the projector off.

Laptop
Use to join meetings or to share documents, videos or other content via
the projector.
Sign-in to the laptop by using the pin number, 1122.

Phone
Use to dial into conference calls and meetings or to join webinars.
Turn on the phone by tapping on the screen, then tap the headset icon
to use with the speaker. To dial out, dial 9 and the phone number.

Bluetooth Speaker
Use as a microphone or speaker when multiple people are in the room.
Press and hold the ON/OFF button. To connect with other devices, press
and hold the Bluetooth button until the light flashes blue.

Wireless Keyboard and Mouse


Allows anyone at the table to navigate around on the laptop.
Use the ON/OFF slider on both the mouse and keyboard.

1 Type the URL in Your Browser


Go to Catalystlearning.webex.com.
Click the MyWebex tab to sign-in.
2 Schedule or start a meeting
Use the toolbar at the top of the screen. Start an existing meeting
under the MyWebex tab or navigate to the Webex Training tab to
schedule.

3 Set Up Your Meeting Space


Use the on-screen icons to send invitations and share your
screen. At the top right, select the windows you want to
display or click the down arrow for more options. Use the

CLiMB Demonstration Instructions via Zoom

1 Login to
mycatalystlearning.com
using your CLiMB
username and password.
Click the Courses tab to
access the list of CLiMB
microlearnings.

2 Use the Recommended


Microlearning Demos by
Role/Department chart in the
CLiMB Sales folder to select
the best option. Click the
Launch button next to the TV
Microlearning Course.

3 Login to Zoom. Select one of


the audio conference options
available in Zoom. For optimal
sound, do NOT use an
outside conference line.
4 Share your screen. Select the
application that shows the CLiMB
microlearnings list. Before you click the
Share button, mark the checkbox next
to Share Computer Sound. When you
select this option, the audio from the
microlearning will play through the
speakers.

5 Guide your customer to the top of


the shared screen. Instruct them
to click the Request Remote
Control option. You will receive a
pop-up about the Remote Control
Request, click Approve.

6 Once you approve the customer will have control of the screen and can click
through the microlearning. (You will also be able to control the screen, if
needed). Once you’re ready to recover complete control, click Remote
Controlled from your toolbar at the top of the screen.

NOTE: As your customer reviews the microlearning, the audio will play through the speakers.
Determine ahead of time your process for walking the customer through the slides. Here are some
options:
• Instruct your customer to review the microlearning on their own for several minutes and
then alert you when they’re ready to discuss.
• Ask your customer to hold after listening to each slide, then explain the design approach.
• Allow the customer to view a few slides with the audio, then lower the audio on-screen so
you can explain the design approach.
