5 Structural foundation anchor bolts are boxed-out per drawings.
6 Structural reinforcement is installed per Project specs./dwgs.
7 Structural welded attachments are completed and accepted.
8 Structural bolted attachments are completed and accepted.
9 Auxilliary pipe supports (brace, channel, stanchion, etc) are installed
