Greetings of love and abundance!!!

The foundation of human development occurs during the early years of life.
Individuals that are exposed to many different learning situations increase their
potential for successful development.

Four years of honing the young and the brilliant mind and skills of the Senior High
School students, pushing towards their limits of becoming the best version of
themselves and embracing the challenges post by the K-12 Curriculum, coping with
the fast pace changes and battling towards the diverse 21 st Century learners.

Coping and surpassing all the challenges of the K-12 program are unbearable
without the help and support of our beloved stakeholders and benefactors who
became the backbone of the Department in realizing all the plans and programs of
the Senior High School as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 40 series of 2015 entitled
Policy and guidelines in Building Partnerships for the K-12 Program.

Our beloved students and stakeholders have done their share and therefore they
deserve something special in return.

In this connection, we would like to ask permission from your good office to conduct
the activity entitled “LA VIE BOHÈME: A Life of a Bohemian”. A Senior High School
Gathering, a Celebration of success and awarding ceremony of merits, recognition
and appreciation on February 28, 2020 at 12:00 noon to 5:00 P.M. This activity will
also aim to inculcate the value of gratitude of students towards family wherein
parents and guardians will be invited to witness the varied presentations by students
which pay tribute to all their hard work and sacrifices. The said activity was
suggested and agreed upon by the parents and students last January 31, 2020
during the Parent- Teacher conference. Parents and students can voluntarily join in

La Vie Bohème: A Senior High School Gathering

Families are the compass that guides us. They are the inspiration to reach great
heights, and our comfort when we occasionally falter.

Objectives:

 To awaken the student’s consciousness and realization of how important

family is.
 To inculcate the value of gratitude of students towards family.
 To encourage the students to participate in school programs and activities
that will develop their social and interpersonal skills.
 To promote a school where understanding and unity between stakeholders
and students will be emphasized.

Background and Purpose of the Activity

La Vie Bohème: A Senior High School Gathering

This activity seeks to awaken the student’s consciousness and realization of

how important family is. Nowadays, students tend to neglect the value of family for
they are busy using gadgets and technology. In this activity we would like to invite
our dear parents to attend so that we can give back to them even in simple ways.

We will invite the Parent Teachers Association (PTA) to help with this activity.
This is one way of promoting understanding and unity between stakeholders and
students.

This activity will help enhance and develop the social and interpersonal skills
of students to prepare them to become socially competent. It will showcase the roles
of young individuals in the society.
