A. Objectives
 To test the extent that the students were able to develop an in-depth understanding of
the topic covering basic principles of cellular reproduction and genetics;
 To certify students’ mastery of the lesson; and
 To value honesty during the test administration.

B. Subject Matter
Topic: Cellular Reproduction and Genetics
Reference: Grade 8 Science Learner’s Module
pp. 317-349
Materials: Test papers/ Answer sheets

C. Preliminary Activities
a. Greetings
The teacher will greet the students
b. Prayer
A volunteer student will lead the prayer at the front.
c. Checking of Attendance
The teacher will ask the group leader for the absences. This shall be recorded.

D. Strategies
a. Distribution of the test paper
b. Explanation of the directions of the test paper.
c. Precautionary measures.
d. Test Proper
The students will answer the test paper while the teacher keeps close
monitoring.
