ABOUT THIS GUIDE


This guide should be used when building partnership
activation elements and other creative pieces not provided
by the design department at TicketSmarter. Ask the design
department with any questions.

NAMING CONVENTION
TicketSmarter should ALWAYS been written with
a capital T and S and should always be one word.

Never use TICKETSMARTER, Ticketsmarter, or ticketsmarter.

Do not abbreviate TicketSmarter without prior permission.

The black TicketSmarter logo should only be used on black

The TicketSmarter logo should only be used on clickable


items, like social media posts, web banners, menu buttons,
emails blasts, etc. If the TicketSmarter logo will appear
online, use this logo.

sans serif typeface for TicketSmarter.

Roboto Condensed Light Italic This font should be set with a track
amount of 20 pts.

Instagram. We also have a LinkedIn account, but LinkedIn
currently does not allow “company pages” to follow another
company.

FACEBOOK

To “Like” our page on Facebook, please go to


www.facebook.com/TicketSmarter and you will see four
buttons with Like, Follow, Share, and •••. Click on ••• and you
will see an option to “Like As Your Page,” click on that link and
then a pop-up window will appear. Hit submit on the pop-up
window and your page will now “Like” TicketSmarter.

TWITTER

To follow TicketSmarter on Twitter, please go to


www.twitter.com/TicketSmarter and you will see three
buttons with •••, , and Follow. Click on Follow and your
page will now be following TicketSmarter on Twitter.

INSTAGRAM

To follow TicketSmarter on Instagram, please go to


www.instagram.com/TicketSmarter and towards the
top of the page you will see a blue button that says Follow.
Click on that button and you will now be following
TicketSmarter on Instagram.

TAGGING TicketSmarter
FACEBOOK

When posting about TicketSmarter on Facebook, please


remember to appropriately tag us by using the @ sign followed
by manually typing in TicketSmarter. When doing this,
Facebook will offer a suggestion to tag the TicketSmarter
page. Upon clicking that suggestion, Facebook will create a
link to the TicketSmarter Facebook page as well as notifying
us that a partner has mentioned us in their post. Tagging
TicketSmarter in images or graphics is also suggested.

TWITTER

When posting about TicketSmarter on Twitter, please tag us


using our handle @TicketSmarter. When using our handle,
always be sure that the T and S are capitalized. Twitter should
default to that style when the handle suggestion is clicked.
Tagging @TicketSmarter in images or graphics is also

INSTAGRAM

When posting about TicketSmarter on Instagram, please tag


us using our handle @TicketSmarter. When using our handle,
always be sure that the T and S are capitalized. Instagram will
not default to that style when the handle suggestion is clicked,
so it must be manually typed with a capital T and S. Tagging
TicketSmarter in images or graphics is also suggested.

LINKEDIN

When posting about TicketSmarter on LinkedIn, please


remember to appropriately tag us by using the @ sign

GENERAL SOCIAL MEDIA
RECOMMENDATIONS
• Use the hashtag #TicketSmarter at the end of posts on
Twitter and Instagram.
• Feel free to use your page to like, comment, retweet, quote
tweet, or share TicketSmarter posts that mentions your
social media channels.
• If tagging @TicketSmarter at the beginning of a tweet,
please place a period in front of the @ symbol, otherwise
Twitter will place the tweet in your replies and not on the
main feed.
• If sharing a link provided by TicketSmarter, please keep the
tracking UTM parameters attached to the URL so we are able
to measure results from the link click.
• Bitly.com can be used to shorten tracking URLs so they do not
take up a large portion of the text field when creating a post.
• When posting a URL to Facebook, please add the image we
provide to the link as displayed on the right. This allows the
image on the post to be clickable to our website.
