Modeling Statement-Super T

The document discusses modeling a bridge structure in MIDAS IT. It includes sections on modeling material properties, boundary conditions, loads, and analysis. Material properties include concrete grade, prestressing steel properties, and creep and shrinkage parameters. Loads include static, moving, and response spectrum loads. The analysis section discusses masses and performing load combinations, as well as obtaining results like reactions, deformations, beam diagrams, moving tracers, vibration mode shapes, and dynamic reports.

3 Modeling Statement

In other developed countries, the Super-T

has rapidly become the preferred section for most
bridge spans in the 18 to 35 metres range. Many
contractors now have moulds for this shape resultin
g in competitive prices for specific contracts.
