IDENTIFICATION:
1. An introduction that state the reason and intent of the code. PREAMBLE
2. A systematic and collection or digest of all the morale ethical and legal
principles. CODE OF ETHICS
3. A geographical area belonging to our under jurisdiction of the republic of the
Philippines. NATIONAL TERRITORY
4. An inherited principles, standard and practices that serve as the established
guides for individuals or group. TRADITION
5. Power autonomy and independence of a state SOVEREIGNTY
6. Organized and established procedure designed to enforce discipline and
administer justice in the military justice. MILITARY JUSTICE SYSTEM
7. Person who is sued in the civil case; a person who is accused of a crime in a
criminal case. DEFENDANT
8. A result in decisions not involving penal sanctions and may take such mild
disciplinary or instructive forms of admonition, reprimand and the like.
ADMINISTRATIVE CASE
9. A rule of action mandatory in form duly established and promulgated by
competent authority for the common good. MILITARY LAW

conflicting or the assignment of merited rewards or punishment. JUSTICE

subordinates by virtue of Ranks and assignments or position. COMMAND

and interpretation of all available information. INTELLIGENCE
17. Consists of collection, evaluation, interpretation and dissemination of information
pertaining to possible or actual enemy operation. MILITARY INTELLIGENCE

19-25 In your opinion, please enumerate and explain the values that Philippine Military
must possess.
On my own perspective, Philippine Military should possess the core values that
follows:
1. Honor- It refers to the dignified personality of a soldier. It will start from the word
respect which is a two way process. They always say that respect begets respect
which should acquire by the Philippine Military not only to be highly respected but
also to perform task and follow rules.
2. Loyalty- It cost nothing t be loyal. Philippine Military should acquire this quality
as it will show the commitment to whatever he is doing what ever it takes.

3. Valor Duty- One must feel the sense of nationalism, being included in the group
has the main goal of serving the country. A selfless service that even he gives up
everything he will not wait something in return. This also includes the patriotism
which showcases the love and faith to the country by serving your countrymen no
matter what it takes.
4. Solidarity-Camaraderie will take anything at place. Being strong as one will keep
the goal on the vision. One must possess solidarity because during the action on
the battlefield, guarantee that someone can rely on you as you can also rely on
them
