This Work Instruction is to perform First Of Inspection Report


(FOIR),In-process Inspection Report(IIR) and Last Of Inspection
Report(LOIR) in production process

Line Inspector, Production In-charge & Machine Operators.

3.1) After setting done by CNC supervisor Ensure the gauges, SOP and
instruments available near machines .

3.2) Inspect all dimensions which are mentioned in SOP. If all


dimensions are Ok, inform the supervisor to run the machine. If not-
ok move the set-up parts to Rej. area with Red mark.

3.3) After FOIR approval Ok, Do IIR inspection as per SOP.

3.4) For 100% checking frequency, record the observations for Every
25 pcs.

3.5) In end of the shift, run the last part and identify with mark.

3.6) Before setting change, Do LOIR as per operation standard


and observe the dimensions.
