1. Apples
The polyphenols present in Apple keep serum and lipid levels of liver under control. Apples carry pectin and
malic acid that help remove toxins and carcinogens. Apples have anti-inflammatory properties that protect
you against fatty liver.
2. Green Tea

3. Beetroots & Carrots
Betalains, betacyanin, and betanin present in beetroots protect the liver from injury due to carcinogens while
