Introduction
1.1- Online Notes Sharing System
It is a web based notes sharing and management system which helps
students and teachers to share their notes effectively.
It reduces the wasting of time in manually distributing notes to
each individual.

It allows its users to register and log in to their individual account

and create, read, update, delete, notes according to their needs.
Multiple users can work in this system at the same time under
centralized supervision by administrator.

It is a very useful notes management system for colleges, schools and

Other institutes to manage and share their notes in secure, efficient
and effective manner.
1.2Goal of the system

 Objective –
1 To reduce manual paperwork
2 Reduced sharing and distribution
3 Data security
4 Increased reliability
5 Increased operational efficiency
 User Requirement –

All the management are done from the user side like uploading the reading materials.
From the user side, the users can view the homepage and see the contents available
there. Through this site, the college can maintain the student’s notes with more ease.
He/She can upload them and also can edit them.

1.3Limitation of the Existing System

 Existing system was manual.

 Time consuming as data entry which include calculations took lot of time.
 Searching was very complex as there could be 100’s of entry every year.
 The proposal system is expected to be faster than the existing system.
