We have enough labour force for mobilizing immediately upon award of the contract for
the PROPOSED SCHOOL AT PEARL QATAR. We have also sufficient plant and
equipment for immediately mobilizing for the project. One of our projects is nearly on
completion stage. So qualified and experienced team can also easily transfer to this project.
In case of any new appointment required, we have HR and PRO Department. They will
take care of the recruitment through our recruitment agencies for immediately finding the
candidates.

An effective procurement and material management is crucial in this project in order to

achieve the targeted construction schedule and to fit within the allocated budget. In order
to keep the construction project on schedule, it is necessary to identify critical and long
lead items, contact and integrate relevant parties in the supply chain for these items as early

as possible. This approach would help to stick with the original construction schedule
while on the other eliminating unexpected increases in the budget.

The proper planning for procurement is important, as a bad procurement strategy can result
in long delays in the construction activities. The early procurement of Key Subcontractors
is especially important for this project especially for long lead items like Façade, Marble,
Elevators, Lab Casework and MEP equipment.

The Procurement Program shall incorporate both the procurement of the main Sub-
Contractors as well as their procurement of materials. AL SEAL team, while preparing this
tender submission, has had many meetings with our supply chain partners and is confident
that the required materials and subcontract services are available to meet the requirements
of the project.

AL SEAL works with international and global subcontractors having experience in large-
scale projects. Besides, the company collaborates with subcontractors and suppliers which
understand and accept full cooperation in the Engineering and Construction Phases.

the claim, advise Value Engineering to client etc.

Strong emphasis will be placed on coordination with the Consultant throughout the project.
Particular attention will be placed on critical path activities and on the Consultant needs for
information required for participating in these and other activities in a timely manner. Regular
meetings on site and teleconferences will take place in order to facilitate this coordination and all
sub-coordination.

All site works shall be performed in accordance with the Technical Specifications, Engineer’s /
Employer’s Requirements and International and local standards, norms and regulations. All
activities shall be conducted in coherence with the QA/QC and HSE Plan and Policies. All the
stages of construction, planning, execution and records shall be carried under controlled conditions.
Documents of control, approvals, verifications, procedures / method statements, tests and
inspections, work instructions, etc. shall be prepared, used, recorded and preserved.

Control conditions of processes shall include the followings;

- All works shall be carried out according to the standards and specifications which are
defined in contract shall be used.
- If the content is similar and Engineer approves another national standard and/or international
standard which is not defined in contract can be used.

Project Manager and the Client’s Engineer to influence the approval process from “submission-
approval” scenario toward “follow up workshops- approval” scenario. This will accelerate the
review and approval process. It is anticipated that the same strategy will be applied successfully
with the employer representatives through process of continuous reviewing problems and resolving
by holding workshops to agree on solutions and strategies for implementation. It is envisaged that
all parties will be fully aware of the content of submitted packages prior to formal submissions. For
